Spring Shoes
I haven’t bought a new pair of shoes in a while so I decided to go out of my ballet-flat comfort zone and get these retro-hip beauties from ModCloth. They are the perfect spring shoes with their cute minty color. The soft leather makes them insanely comfortable. Before they arrived I was expecting it would take a few wears to break them in, but so far there are no signs of blisters. I love these shoes! Thank you ModCloth for always having what I want to wear.
Things you don't think about when naming your dog.
Person on Street: Hi! What a cute dog! What is her name?!
Us: His name is Hops.
PoS: Cops?
Us: no, Hops.
PoS: Chops?
Us: Hops.
PoS: Mops?
Us: Hops. With an H.
PoS: Oh! Pops? P-O-P-S?
Us: Yes.
(This happens at least once a day.)
Housebreaking Strategies
Marco and I have obviously been trying to housebreak Hops. But he still has the occasional accident. They typically occur when we aren’t paying him enough attention. So I made this sign to encourage us to keep attentive and create a little game to see how many days in a row we can be accident free. So far three is the record to beat.
Hops seems encouraged by the sign as well.
We also got a little mention here about our sign after Marco posted the photo on Twitter.

Photos of Photos
I’m working on a new wedding post and I’m having a really hard time narrowing down what photos to choose from this ridiculously fun wedding we shot in the fall. Too bad posting all 2000 photos wouldn’t be appropriate.
