As part of date night, Marco and I played one of our favorite quick play games, Mille Bornes. We both grew up playing this game with our moms, so we bought a used 1971 edition. We prefer the retro graphics we both remember to the generic and disappointing modern decks.

This is a French driving game where you travel distances and encounter hazards to reach a milage goal and earn points. It’s a simple game with elements of chance and strategy.

Marco won.
