My grandfather was stationed on the heavy cruiser U.S.S. Macon CA 132 in 1954 during the Korean War.  He has a lot of amazing photos from his navy days.  In particular, he has a huge poster size photo of his ship.  He has kept it rolled up for over 50 years and it became cracked and extremely damaged.  As a gift to him, I tried to fix it up.  I’m not a photoshop expert, but I think it came out pretty good.  There are still traces of the folds and bends, but come on, it’s old.
